  • What kind of packages can I Drop-Off?
    We welcome prepaid Drop-Offs from any of our partners (USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL). If the label is for one of the carriers above and similar to this standard rectangle barcode, we will accept it. However, square QR codes like this one must be scanned directly by the carrier. QR codes are not accepted at third-party locations like Ship Shop.
  • What time is package and/or mail pick-up?
    USPS picks up by 1:30 PM. FedEx picks up by 2:30 PM. FedEx Express picks up by 4:30 PM. UPS picks up by 4:30 PM. For our mailbox customers, mail is delivered to the boxes by 2 PM.
